2020-2023 Salary Rate Chart (Local 308)

It is important to know how much money you should be making and when it is supposed to change. As union members—whether we pay dues or not—you are guaranteed these rates. 

If you are a Motor Blower (Motor Cleaner), your pay rates are the same as Rail Car Servicer. This is because your job used to be a "picked" job up until an agreement was signed in 1999.
