Employee Assistance Program Information

Please use this to help survive the crappy working conditions and business union bosses agents. We must fight for better working conditions. The CTA and their agents in the union office just want us to be happy and feel good. They do not want to give us what we really deserve for our service. 

We can get what we deserve. But we got to fight for it like a real union. 

Regardless, we must survive.

Try not to self-medicate with alcohol and illegal drugs. If you get tested, you will fail and be fired. You might have a chance to keep the job. If you are addicted to something, call the Vice President of the union and ask for help so you can get treatment and keep your job.
