Job hunting is a jungle
Try to get in on these union jobs and keep track of any rejections. Some are ATU. Some are other unions. Also check your spam/junk mail folder after applying. Sometimes the recruiter request to interview will get marked as spam/junk.

CSA's don't wait for P10 positions. Just hit these job listings now. 

You Second Chancers only have 12 months to work as per the Contract. After that, they can jerk you around for years and years if they want. Don't let them use and abuse you. Get the hell out of this oppressive "Apprentice" program and into a Full-Time Permanent job. Hoping you get "turned over" as a Full-Time Servicer ain't worth it. 

Don't believe the lies that if you let CTA mismanagement abuse you, they will reward you with Full-Time Servicer! I have seen too many good, hard-working men and women get screwed over this way.
