Pennie and Mark: Scared to Death by One Little Union Rep

President Policeperson Pennie and Shadow President Mark can’t find evidence that I steal, commit crimes, lie or feed members to CTA mismanagement like their boss-loving, bootlicking, rubber-stamp loyalists. 

That is why they forge my payroll vouchers to pay me $4 more per hour during the rare times I am on union payroll! It’s a setup to “prove” I am a money-grubbing union official like them. They say they can’t pay me less because of the bylaws. But then they laughably make tons of excuses not to follow other bylaws. 

So to justify denying me my six days per month—as per the bylaws—and to steal Shop Workers’ dues money for her lavish salary, parties and trips, she resorted to calling me lazy and that I should resign at the April membership meeting. 

Keep in mind that she consistently IGNORES all requests from Shop Workers for me to visit their work locations and help them fight mismanagers. Yeah, members actually WANT me to be with them. These are the same people who mistrust our union. Yet, finally, when they have an officer they trust, our union president is blocking him!

If she and Mark would just stop trying to change my personality and let me do my job as per the bylaws, my work would actually make them look good! 

She and Mark are also very desperate to pacify and punish Local 308 members—just like Keith “The Anointed One” Hill does at Local 241! 

They and their CTA masters are horrified that my message is inspiring new, militant leadership who will upend their lavish business union dynasty. 

Their number one objective is to silence my voice. I am NOT exaggerating! Pennie is in her fourth month as our president and has not done a single video or newsletter about what she is doing for us. 

But she made sure to do a video calling on members to punish me in her, Mark and Mike Overseer’s quest to unelect me! She and Mark even rearranged the March Executive Board meeting to be on the same day of the March Membership meeting so they could conveniently pay my fellow officers to vote for my unelection. 

Silencing me also includes termination, outright assasination or “accidental” death. Money makes people do horrible things. Money is all they love. Money is the root of all evil in the ATU. 

It was the same with Dixon, Lane and Franklin. If I was around before them, Boss Bob Kelly, Harris and Manager Jerry Williams would’ve been the same towards me as well. 

Pennie and Mark are conspiring right now with CTA upper mismanagement for their next move. Their priority is to help the CTA mismanagement violate the Contract regarding a Shop Worker System Pick (which should be a Section Pick). They know I will tell the members. They know I will protest the violation. So they want to plan it around me and pop it on us when we are desperate. 

What you see is nothing new! I am simply the new, younger version of the Original Boogeyman, Brother Aundra Thompson of Local 241. 

EVERYTHING Keith “The Anointed One” Hill does is measured by how he believes Brother Aundra would expose it to the members. 

Now Keith has less to worry about because he has literally banned Aundra from membership meetings—and he is living out a much-deserved retirement. 

But Keith is still on high alert with Chicago Transit Justice Coalition members that are on his case! His evil conspiracies are ongoing!

Fortunately, for me, I serve a God who has more Power than Pennie, Mark, Keith and the CTA overlords. 

Also, I am a descendant of Annis Elliot Welch—a bold, enslaved ancestor who took the whip of a plantation overseer and yanked him off his horse in Chowan County, NC! 

She lived a long life by way!

So fighting tyrants and slave drivers is IN MY BLOOD! I was born to fight!

Their secondary objective is to compromise or punish those who sympathize with my message of Revolutionary Unionism. 

Money and patronage politics drive their ambition. Not justice and dignity for the people who pay their bloated salaries. 

The members must flood the membership meetings, end the spending of our money on parties, sports and trips! Then we must remove these true blue boss agents and purge our union of business unionism. If we don’t, the next Contract will be DEVASTATING!
