More Pick Delays

After a late start on getting the Spring 2024 Pick together, delays from President Pennie and Mark's ridiculous accommodations for their desire to violate Article 14.4, the stupid "votes" and now this "Des Plaines Shop construction" excuse—it is obvious that CTA mismanagement doesn't want a Pick.

It has gotten to the point that I don't believe anything that CTA mismanagement tells us. They are extremely incompetent, unprofessional, reckless and arrogant. 

They are taking jobs away, shoving Pool jobs around and reshuffling chairs on a sinking ship that needs serious repairs. 

This delay is a Contract violation! By the way, the Contract has expired. So this act by them should be highly offensive to you!

It's time for Shop Workers to organize for action to send a message that we will not tolerate this crap. Don't let them try to get away with canceling the Pick! Let's be a real union. Not a boss-worshiping, security racket! Talk to your coworkers. Figure something out. Move on it. I am always available to discuss strategy and support.
