If you are deployed or assigned military duty, you may end up with far less vacation days than you are supposed to get. The reason? Our Contract and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act (USERRA) say so.

I got the question from two coworkers and found Sec. 4316 (a)(b)(1)(B)(3) in USERRA that backs it up:
