We Must Stop Forced Overtime For Customer Assistants

NO MORE FORCED OVERTIME FOR CUSTOMER ASSISTANTS!
Why do we allow the CTA mismanagement get away with forcing CA's to stay past their picked time?
CSA. CSR. What's the difference? What the hell is wrong with us as a union?

It astonishes me the cowardice of elected people in the ATU. We have clear violations against Article 1.1 in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and I cannot hardly find any fellow union officials who want to condemn the disrespect CTA mismanagement exhibits toward members!

The other week I reached out to fellow reps in the Rail Station Management department with an appeal to condemn this bad practice. Not a single one responded. It seems to be a huge problem on the Blue Line!

Members complain about it and yet elected people seem to have no problem with it? Some don't even get paid overtime for this crap!
