Averting Pension Disaster

Simply put, our pension is in poor health. This benefit for full-time CTA workers is one of the few remaining benefits that we have left that ensures we will never die in poverty for years of service. 

In order to keep it alive, we need to look deeply within ourselves and our community as retired and active workers and prepare to organize mass action.

On November 23, 2024, I held what I hope to be the first of many efforts to educate and inspire retirees and coworkers to be the change we need. Below is a recording and the slides with linked resources.
