Membership Meeting Report: Revolution Has Begun!

Thanks to the direction of coworkers, I delivered SIX successfully seconded motions to punch the mismanagement bullies in their proverbial noses.

The three that Vice President Weems did not improperly shut down would have been UNANIMOUS VICTORIES!

Other than one who sat at the sign in table, did you notice how there were NO OTHER Executive Board members present at our membership meeting last night. Even our president was “out of town”!

Never have I witnessed ALL my fellow officers and our president effectively boycott a membership meeting.

This was highly unusual.

Mark n' Pennie KNEW what was coming and were desperate to kill the quorum. It is my suspicion is that they were discouraged from attending.

However, angry, determined and militant members showed up.

We packed the room.

We shamed the Shadow President and his merry band of Boss Agents for their defense of CTA mismanagement’s Re-Pick bullshxt, their refusal to give all of us #PaidSickLeave and anti-strike fear mongering.

We took control and almost pulled off an historic shut down of the Bullshxt Re-Pick and MORE! Had he not improperly blocked the sixth motion, Local 308 would finally be on its way to punishing CTA mismanagement like a real union!

Unfortunately, Brother Mark saved our slavedriving overlords through Pennie’s Magic Gavel.

The pile of poop he sold was coated with a sloppy sauce of fear and projections of alleged incompetence by me at the Pick. But members refused to be force-fed the poison.

He openly showed us his allegiance. It’s time to remove him and Pennie from office.

So we need to send him back to real work on the front lines with us. We need to replace him and his loyalists with the fighters who were in that room last night.

Like they attempted to do to me in March, we can do to them. The ATU Constitution Section 22 is our guide to “impeach” the Boss Agents.

They spent tons of money trying to remove me from office in March, proving that that members can take control of Local 308.

We must make it clear to them that they have betrayed us for the last time.

When the majority of members want something, MOVE OUT THE WAY AND DONT BLOCK US!
