Warning To CTA Mismanagement

Dear CTA mismanagers: 

It is ILLEGAL for you to threaten or imply punishment for CTA workers who express support for me. 

Whether it is my duty to assist them during your interrogations and punishment hearings—or my campaign for ATU Local 308 president—you have no right to advise them about anything regarding their union rights.

By threatening or discouraging them from associating with me, you are interfering with the lawful administration of their union. 

I will swiftly file Unfair Labor Practice charges against you if I receive any such reports in writing.

The CTA Lie Department is thoroughly aware of (5 ILCS 315/10) (from Ch. 48, par. 1610) Sec. 10.

However, it seems you are not. 

So I have included it in this article for your reference.

I suggest that you keep your opinions about me to yourselves. I keep an M-1000 (CTA manager work record). On it are all the evil you do against the good people I serve. I also include things that you all do right—which is very little. 

If I win, your days of running ATU Local 308 will be over. You will be called to account for the people you have tortured, careers you have destroyed and innocent souls you have cast away like trash.
