Class Action Grievance: Excel Merger

After extensive research from Rail Car Repairers through two surveys (questionaire and draft), I finally submitted a grievance to try and stop job elimination of HVAC jobs for our craft (Scheduled for email to Vice President James Battle on December 29, 2025). 

Below is the entire grievance. 

From here on, I implore all Controls and HVAC inspectors to conduct your inspections by-the-book. Give no favors or get swayed into cutting corners.

We need these jobs—for rider safety and our our careers.
