Stop Talking With Managers!

Brothers and sisters: Please STOP answering managers’ questions—or arguing with them—without me or some other steward/officer you trust! 

And for the sake of God and Truth, never ever talk to them about incidents if they call or visit you at home!

You are making two ERRORS when engage with them alone:

1. Psychologically, they have the upper hand and can easily misrepresent your responses for entrapment. 

2. They can also use your words to entrap another coworker. You may be consistent on the general idea. However, the details my be totally inconsistent. 

If you think you will get favors or kudos to be made Full-Time Permanent by cooperating this way, you are sadly mistaken. 

Don’t be fooled. Invoke your Weingarten Rights and call for help.
