Sister Pennie McCoach, the Local 308 Second Vice President posted this important notice on some Facebook groups that have not blocked me yet (a brother in Local 241 posted something similar a few weeks ago):

I wish we would get better updates. The membership needs to nominate and elect responsible presidents who will make sure the CTA gets this information out to all members—not just their friends. The ATU is not a Human Resources contractor for our employer! 

I encourage all Local 241 and Local 308 members to contact the union presidents NOW to demand that the CTA give us at least another week for members to sign up.
