Warning To The Local 308 Leadership

Dear Local 308 officers: If I am nominated and elected as Local 308 president, I intend to dismantle the "blue wall" of protection for union officers. You will not find an ally in me when it comes to your objection to the democratic rights and will of the membership.
 
I will NOT cover up your failures and errors—nor do I expect you to cover up mine!
 
I will NOT tolerate your divulging members' cases without their permission.
 
I will NOT tolerate your talking down to members at work or in the union hall.
 
I will NOT tolerate your mocking or insulting the members. I will organize charges to be placed on you for your removal if you call a member a motherfxcker, a bxtch, a racial epithet, assault, call cops on them, write them up or threaten them!
 
I will NOT tolerate you violating member rights to express their dissatisfaction with union leadership!
 
I will expose any and all union officials who fraternize with managers and politicians. No more lunches and orgies with the boss for you all—especially when the members are paying for you to be off work!
 
Pledge loyalty to and serve the members or resign your position as an honored servant of the membership!
