Shop Talk Issue 2

The CTA mismanagement loves to tear down Shop Talk and trash them. If you see the newsletter in a break room or locker room, it is illegal for them to tear them down, as this is the official union newsletter for our department. 

Please tell me which mismanager you see doing it so I can submit a complaint and Unfair Labor Practice charge. I will protect your identity.
