Mismanager Threatens To Suspend Workers Who Call Me!

It is illegal for managers to threaten you for complaints to your union reps

Recently, a CTA mismanager threatened to suspend a worker who notified me about harassment by that mismanager. 

When I contact you managers about an issue regarding working conditions, you are legally bound to answer or refer me to another person. You cannot ignore and/or punish workers for contacting me. 

The level of brazen criminality and gross stupidity among some of the persons who manage public transportation in Chicago never ceases to amaze me. 

How so many of my fellow union officials justify this misconduct is baffling. An Unfair Labor Practice is an unfair labor practice!

You CTA mismanagers are really something else. 

In case you CTA managers—people with some decency to not mismanage—want to stay out of trouble with me and the Law, here are some tips for you:
