Illegally Kicked Out at Harlem Shop!

In their ever-growing union-busting terror campaign, the Chicago Transit Authority mismanagement has removed me from another location while on union payroll to fulfill my duties as an officer elected by ATU Local 308 members.

This time it was a different mismanager. I presumed she was aware of the ULP charges against her fellow mismanagers and would respect the law. 

I was wrong!

She was probably upset that I was helping a member write a grievance for unjust writeup about a banana peel that she couldn't definitely prove he left on a train, she ordered me to leave the Harlem Shop breakroom around 2:20 pm yesterday. 

All of the CTA rail maintenance workers hate her. She is one of most despicable, arrogant and sadistic mismanagers I have known in my life. She has ruined hundreds of lives and careers since I have been keeping track as a union steward.

I call her Manager Hell.

I immediately made a video report for the members and filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge against Manager Hell. See the links below for details.

It is absolutely frustrating that Local 308 President Pennie McCoach says and does nothing to publicly condemn this illegal, unlawful and anti-union misconduct! It is no surprise as she won't even condemn them for putting Howard Terminal Switchmen and Towermen in a pool of death by forcing them to clock-in far away from their work areas.

Should I not get murdered or fired—and I win the election for president—I promise to be very public about our terrible working conditions!
