Class Action Grievance: Reimburse Us For Helping You!

As many of you know, we are spending large sums of money helping CTA mismanagement get bailed out for their irresponsible and lazy conduct. They show no respect for our Contract nor our human rights. Yet—out of the goodness of our hearts—we are willing to help our stingy boss get funding.

For our hard work, I believe they need to reimburse us. Not give us lapel pins and sandwiches or pizza.

We are already committed to giving large sums of money for a mystery payroll, sports, trips and parties. Simply put, we can no longer afford to help anyone else out—especially our employer.

Therefore, I have submitted a Class Action Grievance to force the CTA to reimburse us for doing their job. The managers should have been lobbying and talking to riders about funding. Not us. Our duty is to enforce the Contract and hold our employer accountable.
