Union Stewards: Make the Mismanagers Afraid

Dear fellow union stewards and officers: 

Fear of mismanagers will make you do the wrong thing by the members. Fear of angering them will demoralize the members. Fear of punishment when you are off-the-clock or on union payroll will make you turn away when they abuse the members.

Confront mismanagers. 

Correct mismanagers. 

Chastise mismanagers. 

If necessary, mock them outside their offices with bullhorns, signs and comedy. 

Each and every time they attack you for serving the members, put fear back on them with more protests and unfair labor practice charges. 

Make them hate you. 

Make them despise you. 

The God of Justice will be pleased and the union members who they oppress will back you up.
