Quality of Crap

I find it ironic how Mike Overseer and Mark Worms try to subtly blame Ken Franklin for the reason why “Red Line Operators don’t come to work” for their CTA-approved Quality of Life bullshxt (see page 16 of the 2025 "Tentative Agreement). 

I call it the Quality of Crap! 

We all know swing shifts should be paid for the whole spread. Not PART! Brother Tom Moore said it ain't enough—and I agree! We all know we need Paid Sick Leave too. Don't forget to mention two-person crews! All are interrelated and always shot down by our union presidents (curse them!). 

But like that dookie-bag Contract that Mark, Keith and Pennie shoved down our throats, they don’t care about what we need. They give us what our stingy employer needs! If we don't impeach these traitors, we won't have a union or a job!

No doubt, me and Brother Ken are adversaries and competitors for the Local 308 presidency. But damn, when the Truth is covered up by rank manure from a hog factory farm, it can be easy to miss!

But thankfully, y'all got a union rep who Mark and Pennie couldn’t compromise. So I see the slaughterhouse up close and personal. I am on the inside to let you know!

Blaming Brother Ken—and the Howard Train Operators—for the failure of Quality of Crap is weak and cowardly.

Face it y’all: Mark n Pennie are washed up and useless to the future generations. They need to turn in the keys and stop torturing us with their boss-loving business union bullshxt! They got more money than Chase Bank in their mattresses and will never live in squalor like some of us. 

And what about Mike Overseer? He needs to take his smarmy-marmy anti-worker rat tactics to the other side and fill in for that Red Line General Manager opening left by Avocado! Any union rep that tells a member to call Control on a member in crisis is a bona fide labor union-faking traitor!
