Mike Overseer: Comcast Salesman?

Does anyone know why my fellow union rep Mike Overseer is so bothered that I want to know who was getting paid for almost $1,000,000.00 of "Other Administrative Salaries" over the past two years?

I spent almost 20 minutes barking back and forth with this swarmy, condescending boss agent about why it's our job to know these things.

Like the Black Belt Manager-In-Training he is, all he could do is attack my arguments with weak attempts to impugn my motivations and unrelated issues.

Why is he always so annoyed when I bring it up how money is spent at Local 308?

Is he making some extra union cash on the side?

By the way, that made him very, very angry when I mentioned if that is why he is so bothered with my demands!

Is he a thief? I don't know. But if I could see who got paid, then I will know! 

Does anyone know why he did not want to look at the Local 308 receipts with me at the July 7, 2025 Executive Bored Meeting today?

Does anyone know why he tried to explain away $188/month charges on Local 308 by Comcast for "TV service" as part of the package, even though our Secretary-Treasurer agreed that we don't use it and immediately tried to remedy it while I was there?

Why would he defend Comcast for ripping us off? 

Is he moonlighting as a Comcast Salesman? 

I kept asking him today, but he just dodges the questions! 

I know I caught him looking stupid as hell, but he's too arrogant to admit being wrong. 

Yeah, that's right. The most-hated union rep at the CTA might have saved us almost $200/month just because he looks at the receipts! 

But Mike Overseer hates that!  

Hopefully, he got approval from our stingy employer for alleged "Secondary Employment." But maybe all the General Managers that love him so much will overlook his alleged sin!

CTA mismanagement's union rep of the year is absolutely obsessed with my desire to examine how money is spent at Local 308—as per Section 15(a) of the bylaws. I am not even dealing with him and he's always trying to undermine me doing the job he refuses to do!

Not only does he justify ratting out members in crisis on his public Facebook account, but he justifies a multi-billion dollar corporation fleecing Local 308 for almost $200 per month! 

We need to impeach this traitor and send him to Foundations in Management so he can fit it with our stingy overlords at 567 W. Lake street! 

The record of contempt for members of our union, accountability and democracy from this rotten Boss Agent has been thoroughly documented by me over the years. He is so used to being a Straw Boss with silencing and talking down to members with no consequences, that he loses his mind when dealing with me.

The more he goes after me for wanting to see receipts and financial records, the more I will expose him for boss worship and an accomplice to financial malfeasance! If I win president, I can't wait to put charges on him for betraying the membership.
