Justice For Kevin

CTA coworkers have been rejoicing over the victorious lawsuit against our employer's vaccine mandate. The lazy mismanagement hurt hundreds who did not want to take a vaccine. 

We watched in horror as a few of our coworkers got severely—and permanently injured—due to adverse reactions to the vaccine. We already survived multiple waves with no help from our employer and union presidents. Now we were being punished again.

Our equally lazy union presidents unilaterally decided to let an arbitrator decide if we should fight for mandatory testing or give in to the mandate. That was Brother Keith Hill of Local 241 and Brother Eric Dixon of Local 308.

So congratulations to Kevin McCormick for winning at $425,000 award. The CTA wasted all that money just to fire a worker. Hopefully others will also win their lawsuits. 

Some of you are asking me about the case and if I know Kevin. I have no such information—other than what already exists on the internet. Of course I will update this article as I receive new information.
