Replaced By Pennie—But Not By Vote

President Pennie's replacement for me showed up at Howard Shop to pass out cards and let members know that if I can't help them, she will.

Really?

Maybe I could help members if President Pennie would stop blocking me from doing my job as per the Local 308 bylaws!

I was real quiet because I was on the clock. I wanted curse her lying, boss-loving axx out. But I knew I would be suspended and the God would be displeased. 

I also knew that neither she nor our president expected me to be at Howard Shop (for training). So my presence was indeed a surprise.  

This is the same "steward" who Pennie paid to replace me with at the last Bored Meeting. But I refused to resign my duties and was ordered out with threat of jail. Like the condescending boss agent, she is, she tried staring me down.

This is the same "steward" that spread lies that I recorded Pennie's Bored Meeting and put it on YouTube—justifying her stupid rule that I can't have a cellphone and laptop (but everyone else can have "smart" watches and VP Mark can have a laptop).

This "steward"—known as Sister Sharon Green—got the royal treatment with a vest from the management at Howard Shop today:  

She was allowed to walk throughout the work area while we worked to talk with us. She didn't even have to sign the visitor log!

But me, the properly nominated and elected Executive Board member, could never break so many rules without harsh consequences! In the very least, the CTA mismanagement's union president would get a call!

But that's fine. I fight for the members. She (and our fake union president) fights against the members.

For the past two months—while Pennie has illegally relieved me of my duties—this "steward" has sold out every single member who needed help. Moreover, those who specifically wanted me, were very upset with her defending our tormentors.

Just at Howard Shop today, she annoyed a brother so much, he complained to me during lunch! Members told me I should put charges on Pennie and demand I be paid for all the hours on union payroll that she gives to Sister Sharon and Pennie's Assistant, Brother Lamont. 

However, this ain't about money to me. It's about member getting justice. If she was actually fighting for us, I really wouldn't mind. If she was actually reporting to me her cases so I could try to follow up and HELP the members, I wouldn't mind either. But she refuses (obviously, because President Pennie is trying to replace me with her).

Our president is so exasperated with trying to unelect, arrest, fire and block me that she has openly declared that she doesn't need to have any reason to do it! Not even put charges on me. Her reason for not complying with Section 22 of the Constitution: Because "you will use it to your advantage." 

Yeah, okay.

So now we know why I must run for president—and I better do my best to avoid being like these tyrants if I win.
