Bonus Check Deductions, Shop Worker Pick

Based on some conversations with coworkers, I submitted the following questions to Brother Mark Weems, the Local 308 Vice President. He promptly responded with answers (in italics).

1. Are the final Shop Pick sheets posted? If so can you please send me the spreadsheets so I can share to all shop workers?
 
The pick sheets have not been finalized and given to us yet. (This was corrected on 3/25 in a phone call from Brother Mark to me. The correct pick time sheets are posted in the shops. The jobs pick sheets have not changed since the original drafts Brother Mark sent. So what you see posted is still correct. 2. As you may know many coworkers are disturbed with pension and 3% RHCT deductions on their hazard/bonus/retro checks. Is there some facts I can share with how deductions were calculated? 
 
Per house bill 656 put into state law in 2008, all earnings for CTA employees MUST have pension come out as well as health care trust, emphasis on must. We have contacted CTA  about them taking 3% instead of 1% out for health care trust. I’m currently waiting on their response and remedy to that issue.
