Shop Worker Overtime Class Action Grievance

Many of you Rail Car Servicers, Motor Blowers and Repairers were getting 7.5 hours overtime instead of 8 hours. As usual, the CTA management has no respect for our Collective Bargaining Agreement. A class action grievance was submitted. Special thanks to Brother Mark Weems, our Vice President, for sharing this with me—so I could share with you.
