Possible Wage Theft For 7/1/2022 Raises

Some of the brothers alerted me to possible wage theft for those of us who pick or are assigned Excel premium rate jobs.

 

As of July 1 this year, we are supposed to be at a base rate of $39.42.

We are hoping each of us could check this week’s payslip to confirm any shorted pay.

 

See the chart below to calculate if you are being shorted. It appears that we are all being affected.

 

Example:

Picking Controls and Leader are being paid $41.13 per hour, but should be paid $41.39 per hour.

 

Please check your LATEST check from this week and enlighten your coworkers. Comment if you find any similar discrepancies.
