CTA Mismanagers: Stop Violating the Law!

Mismanagers like when union people don't visit and educate the members
In another sloppy attempt at separating an elected Revolutionary Unionist, pro-worker, union officer/steward, a CTA mismanager stalked me in a bathroom regarding fliers about our working conditions.  

Before it was a dude. This time it was a woman. 

What is wrong with these people?

Yeah, it was definitely me posting in the locker room this time. I made a terrible sin of posting issue number two of Shop Talk newsletter in the locker room. She didn't threaten me with punishment, however. But she told me illegal stuff about "not allowed"—and then allegedly had Shop Talk number three removed from the union literature case in the break room. 

So I filed a new Unfair Labor Practice charge against CTA mismanagement. They have absolutely no respect for the Law—let alone any morals. They run the CTA through fear and are totally inept. They don't care about riders or workers. They freak out when I show up at work locations because I make them feel guilty for their violations of our rights. 

I hope they will learn to respect our rights as workers. If not, things are not looking good for them. See page 2 of the charges I submitted below:
