Defeat Despicable CTA Bullies

Some CTA managers are straight-up bullies. 

They get great satisfaction from entrapping and torturing vulnerable workers. Punishment brings them insatiable pleasure. 

How they remain employed with such despicable reputations is usually due to their mastery of Fear, Favoritism and Flattery.  

They are the reason why union reps like me exist—and why the most arrogant of them end up in the most trouble when they try to bully us. 

I encourage coworkers—especially those in Rail Equipment Maintenance—to report to me ALL incidents of bullying by CTA managers.
