War Against The ATU Sellouts Heats Up!
She declared so at our Executive Board meeting on October 4, 2024. Her rationale is that "He posts everything on Facebook and wonders why he isn't included in anything."
I will continue to "post everything on Facebook" that she doesn't like because members deserve to know—even though I do not "post everything on Facebook." That is an exaggeration (a lie). I post everything that they fear will wake up members. Many things I only share with members on my Virtual Union Hall.
Since they are struggling to help the CTA fire me, they are trying to convince you that I am helping the CTA fire coworkers.
So over the next few weeks, I plan to expose the Truth about how Pennie and Mark have actually sided with CTA mismanagement—and foster a cultish "rubber stamp" Executive Board.
My exposure of the CTA mismanagement's proposal to expand the Second Chance Program and kill the Full-Time Servicer and Janitor jobs in the poison Contract they are cooking up was a line they did not expect me to cross.
CTA representative Mark Weems insists I am a liar and clown. He interrupted the order of business at our Board Meeting to throw a tantrum of epic proportions about my exposing his clients' wicked plans.
Stepping in doo-doo and tracking it in the house, he then hunkered down in a textbook case of deceptive intelligence by saying "it's just a mock-up plan of letting Second Chancers work AM shifts so Full-Timers can have more weekends off."
Fortunately, I was in the last 10 minutes of the meeting where his mismanager friends justified it by complaining about "high turnover of Apprentices." For those who don't know, the Second Chancers have no path to Full-Time jobs in the Contract. After 12 months, they can be laid off. They are punished at twice the severity of Full-Time workers.
Obviously that is a manufactured problem, meant to support expansion of the Second Chance Program!
An E X P A N S I O N.
What kind of union president would go along with something like this? Certainly not one who cares about Full-Time jobs!
Their fear of losing control of ATU members is fomenting threats of violence and punishment against all who defy them—especially myself and those who support my message (this includes the biggest tyrant in Chicago, ATU Local President Keith "The Anointed One" Hill).
Their unbridled rage against those who will not bow down at their feet will only worsen as our civil war has reached a greater intensity. But our resilience and courage will also increase!
They are militant representatives of CTA mismanagement. Yet I am a militant representative of CTA workers.
I will continue to help ALL of you—and unconditionally defend you. Even if it means my termination or death, I swear it.
I serve a powerful God who hates the wicked and loves the Poor Righteous Teachers. However, my effectiveness is limited by how much you stand up and defy our enemies as well.
Brother Eric power to the people we need you at rosemont they are forcing us to lose a half hour of pay with the 7.5 hours bs we have been told to start early or leave early it would be great if you could come to one our safety meetings on the overnight shift and talk about it to our fellow brothers and sisters and in front of cta mismanagement thanks and keep up the great work you are doing
ReplyDeleteThis 7.5 hours is very harmful to us. Please turn it down if it is not 8 hours. Unfortunately, President Pennie and Mark are determined to block me from being among you on union time, while helping mismanagement scrutinize, remove me and write me up. Please pack the membership meetings and make motions to direct her to send me when you want me there. If I ever become president, I will never block union reps from helping you, even if I don’t like them.
