Important Phone Numbers - CTA Work Locations

Sometimes you need to call or find directions for your work location, but can't find the information you need. 

This work-in-progress is to help you get in touch with the manager or clerk if you have an emergency. 

If you are calling in that you will be late, always bring documentation such as police report, train delay slip or other information. Make a copy! 

You should also use it for family members who need to reach you while at work. This is especially important because you are not supposed to have a personal cell phone on you while on-duty.
