Double standard mismanagement
We are suspended if caught using a cellphone at work. Yet we are encouraged to use our cellphone when it comes to saving the CTA mismanagement money!

A few years back, I was hit with TWO Safety Violations and suspension when emailing a crooked CTA mismanager about her rotten underling while on my lunch break! 

I heard a mismanager tell a worker who complained about not having a two-radio to communicate, that it was acceptable to use their personal cell phone. When I asked the mismanager to provide that in writing for the worker, I got no response (no surprise).

Managers are constantly telling maintenance workers to send them pictures of defects.

Recently, when it comes to so-called "Ethics Training," we have been given a CTA-issued tablet and must login to an AI-generated talking head that lectures and tests us about stealing money and doing non-CTA work while on CTA payroll.

Yet now, some are going around trying to get Customer Assistants to complete the "Ethics Training" on their personal cellphones while working in their stations!

This is unethical, would you say?

When it comes to abuse of Rules, Laws and Agreements, the CTA mismanagement is the best! That's why I keep filing grievances, speaking up and helping members organize for action.
